Went up to rl last weekend....saturday didn't ride...played badminton in the evening and then went swimming...After dinner went to play with the horses and then watched a movie...sunday woke up late and rode at 2pm...Rode Biggie with Catz...first went trotting around with longer reins and trying to still get him forward but also stretching his head out a bit...Then shortened up the reins and did some more trotting work...trot to halt and halt to trot...Adore his sitting trot...so comfortable ha ha....Cantered him on both sides and his right canter is still so weird and hard to sit to...you feel like you're on a ship...Then practised walk canter and canter walk again...love his walk canter transitions and in the canter walk transitions only had a few trot steps...yay ha ha...Then practised the canter walk again by making the circle smaller and smaller till he was at a really collected and slow canter and then tried to make him walk...even less trot steps...but still one or two ha ha...then just trotted him around again more and let him stretch out...In total the lesson was really good but every few seconds you could hear either 'hands up', 'leg', 'shoulders back' and lots more stuff like that from Catz he he...but yea lesson was still really good and catz said I didn't pull as much in the canter as above and it actually looked like we were 'together' a few times... ha ha yea a few times ha ha...not many but a few ;)...
