Gosh today is Jetset's one year memorial day....Pretty weird now that I think about it....It's been a full year now since he has past away and still I think of him alot...It really doesn't feel that long which I guess is a good thing, or bad thing...not sure about that one...But enough about that :) He has moved on and is in a better place now :)

Centennial Stables in Sydney was amazing...At first I couldn't reach any of the riding stables and the one that catz gave me was closed but then finally I got the telephone number of centennial stables from one of the staff at horseland :)......When we finally got to the stables I had no idea what to do...did I need to tack up or not? Turns out luckily I didn't ;) :P....The people asked me where I rode now and said that they knew Catherine etc he he...So I got on my horse called Rockstar and he was so freaking cute...He was big and fluffy and well I loved his color :)The trainer was really nice and kept asking if I wanted a break :) Rocky was amazing but his gaits are so huge. His trot threw me forward so much in the beginning...It looked pretty bad so we continued in sitting trot and then it got much better :) Rocky started getting more round and started bending him....His hind legs are very weird though...instead of going forward normaly they seem to cross over each other at every stride and it feels very weird ontop of him. The trainer said he had a glitch at his hind legs :/ Rocky gets so naughty though, he kept trying to canter off and kept trying to spook at everything that passed us....His canter was huge and really weird and I didn't really manage to get the connection until nearly the end of the lesson :( In the trot I think I got it though he he :)...At the end of the lesson halted rocky and the trainer asked me to turn around and I have no idea what I did but he did a small half pirouette ha ha... thats the trainer said anyways.. it was so cute!! It was just like a u turn ha ha and I was just like woops ha ha....:)...After the lesson booked another one the following day but with a trainer called Pam...Got back the next day and rode Rocky again...this time had to go through the park into the arena because the indoor one was being used...It was so damn windy in the park....the lesson was really hard...we kept working really hard on my huge mistakes and I barely got any breaks exept a few strides of walk...Practised trotting and along the gate walking for 4 strides and then directly trotting and same thing in canter...After that practised making the 20m smaller into a 10m and then into 20m again...The canter work was much better and at the transitions got rocky round which made the canter much nicer and more comfortable :)...Across me there was a rider jumping a chestnut and the chestnut was totally out of control...reminded me of crowe :)...Towards the end pam told me that my legs need to stretch out much more and I keel lifting up my heels to kick the horse...worked on that most of the lesson aswell and it was so damn hard and tiring...I also use my back more and I should use my stomach muscles more he he...need to develop them first ;)...Well yea in total the lesson was really hard and looked crap but it was worth it :) The stables were amazing and I really want to go back :D...Here are some pics :) and the video :)
